Lily Pond Country Lodge is a heaven of space and fresh air, nestled on the edge of the serene, indigenous Tsitsikamma National Park forests on the east side of the famous Garden Route.

The lodge offers a tranquil retreat with a perfect synergy of modern and "Afro-Zen" architectural influences, set on the banks of the most beautiful lily ponds. Guests are invited to while away the day at the infinity pool surrounded with wooden decks, watching the myriad bird species come and go.

Restaurant LYS with a daily changing, ever evolving menu focuses on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients, of which a great deal is grown on the property, simply cooked, and beautifully presented.

When visiting Lily Pond, it's time to sit back and unplug or take a jaunt on the local meander to discover the next door Tsitsikamma National Park with its well-known walking trails. Beautiful local trade includes African art, Raku pottery, mohair mills, wine farms, elephant, monkeys, exotic birds. There are many golfing opportunities in the greater area and of course there is a beautiful beach and lagoon just around the corner at Nature's Valley.
