This 2000 hectare bio diversified farm is privately owned and nestled between the majestic Swarberg and Outeniqua mountains. The shrill call of the fish eagle summons you to the heart of the Olifants River Valley.

LOCATION:

Located on one of the world’s “17 hot spots” with 3 overlapping flower zones, only 7 km from Oudtshoorn on the R328 (road to Mosselbay) opposite Safari Ostrich Farm. 30min Drive from the world famous Cango Caves. 10 min drive to town and other attractions, Cango Wildlife ranch, ostrich farms, waterfalls, museums and restaurants.

ACCOMMODATION:

The colonial style main lodge has lush gardens and open verandas leading to 16 stylish air conditioned rooms. A short drive away, 4 rustic self catering waterfront cabins situated at the De Zeekoe lake. Offers excellent bird viewing. 162 species including our very unique Fish Eagle pair. Each with two bedrooms, kitchen and decks that overlooks the lake. Perfect family unit.

FACILITIES:

Eco Farm tours by tractor, horse riding, self guided walks, birding (162 species) , canoeing, fishing, biking, salt water pool as well as meerkat tours done on the reserve by our guide Devey. Bookings essential.

RATES:

R450 to R1200 per person sharing. Bed and Breakfast.
